Memorial Scholarship Application Packet

To apply for the Micah Tate Lindstrom Memorial Scholarship all applicants must download and complete the application packet.

The application packet consists of the following:

• Information and instructions regarding the scholarship
  

• An application and essay to be completed and printed out by the applicant

Two Letter of Recommendation Instruction pages that the applicant will give to a teacher and a member of the community
